Neapolitan is the food which it's not too much to say all Japanese know. Do you know where Neapolitan was born in? Judging from its name, it was born in Naples of Italy. However that's not right. To be surprised, it was born in Yokohama of Japan in a few years after WW2. It was served at hotel in Yokohama for the first time. Neapolitan means spaghetti like Naples. There isn't Neapolitan in Naples. In addition, why the chef of hotel came to mind was to see food of American army. This recipe was made by my father when I was junior high school student. I love this Neapolitan recipe. Before I went to club activities, I often ate this Neapolitan. So, this is nostalgic taste.
